- Manage and monitor the progress of online registrations.

- Manage jury voting online or in person: During the award publication process, the organizer enters the names and email addresses of the jury members. When it’s time to vote, each juror automatically receives an email with a unique link. They don’t need to create an account or log in, by clicking the link, they are taken directly to the page where they can view the works by category and assign their scores. If the voting takes place in person, the organizer can use their account to display and vote on the works during the jury meeting.

- Generate presentations for winning and recognized works.

- Create, in a single ''click'', all the diplomas of an award: After publishing the verdict, the organizer can automatically generate and download all award certificates in PDF format, with just one click.

- Keep each edition’s awards list published.

- Give visibility to your award on Exceliums’ social media.

- Generates press releases from the list of winners of each participant that you can send with a single click. Each press release includes the author’s name and contact information, a link to the work and its recognition (award or mention), and the award information.
