Do I need to register on Exceliums to participate in an award?

• Yes. You must have a user profile, and it is free.

Can I submit more than one work to the same award or in the same category?

• It depends on the rules established by the award organizer. You can check this in the award rules.

Will I receive an invoice for what I paid to participate in an award?

• Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your registration and the submitted work. If you need an invoice, that same email will include a button to request it directly from the award organizer, who will be responsible for issuing it.

Can I make changes to works already submitted to an award?

• No. Works cannot be modified once you have completed the registration.

Will my works remain on Exceliums.com?

• If your work is recognized in an award, Exceliums.com will keep it published in the “Hall of Fame” section.

Who should I contact if I have questions about an award or a related matter?

• You can contact the organizer of each award using the email address shown in the description of the corresponding award.

Who should I contact if I have any questions about the website or how Exceliums works?

• If you have any questions about the website or want to contact Exceliums, click “Contact Exceliums” and complete the form.

If physical submission of the work is required, where should I send it to participate?

• For awards requiring physical submission, the organizer explains in the rules how, when, and where you must send it. Physical shipments of works are not handled through Exceliums.com.

What will Exceliums do to promote my award or recognition?

• Exceliums will send personalized press releases about your recognized work to the email addresses you provide during registration. In addition, once the organizer publishes the verdict, the recognized works will appear in the “Hall of Fame” on Exceliums.com. From Exceliums.com you will be able to create a social media post about your work’s recognition. All promotion is free of charge.

Can I know who the jury is for the award I am participating in?

• The organizer of each award decides whether to make the jury public or not.

Can I participate in an award organized in a foreign country?

• Yes, you can participate in an award organized in another country, as long as the organizer allows it. The organizer sets the participation conditions, including which countries may take part.

Can I appeal if I do not agree with the verdict?

• If you do not agree with the verdict, you can submit your complaint directly to the email address provided by the organizer in the award description.
