FAQs

If I have received an invitation to be a jury member for an award, what should I do?

• If you have received an email informing you that you have been invited to be a jury member for an award, you do not need to register on Exceliums, as your jury account is created automatically and you can access it directly through the button included in that same email.

How does the voting process work?

• When the voting period opens, you will receive an email with an access button. Clicking it will open a browser tab with the submitted works, and from there you can score them individually from 1 to 10. Once you have finished voting, you must click “permanently close my votes” to complete the process. If you have not voted, you will receive reminders 48 and 24 hours before the deadline ends.

Do I need to inform the organizer or anyone else about my vote?

• No. Exceliums handles this automatically. Therefore, once the voting deadline has ended, the jury results are sent directly to the organizer so they can publish the verdict.

Will I be informed of the verdict?

• Communication of the verdict is the organizer’s responsibility. Once the works recognized by the verdict are made public, Exceliums will display them in the award’s “Hall of Fame” section on Exceliums.com.
